Since we offer some of the industry’s best caregivers at a variety of levels (medical and non-medical), we can accommodate our client’s specific preferences and needs, thus ensuring the necessary support is provided in a seamless manner.

We also know it is imperative not only to provide the right type of care, but to provide a consistent team of caregivers who get to know their clients well, in as little time as possible. Providing caregiver consistency and thus maintaining a high level of support, is one of our primary goals when putting together a superior team of professionals for 24/7 care.

Always Here can provide specialized support to people living with Alzheimer’s dementia and lesser-known atypical dementias, such as Young Onset, Lewy Body, Vascular, Front Temporal Dementias and more.  We understand comprehensive dementia support needs to include quality caregiving for the person with the disease and support for family members if/when needed.  This is why we have created what we call "Wraparound Support".  Wraparound Support is our unique approach to address client and family needs in a holistic manner.  This means providing:

  • Dementia education, including information on disease progression, short and long-term care planning, and a variety of dementia resources and supports
  • Dementia coaching, which includes how to deal with challenging behaviors such as agitation, physical and/or verbal aggression, lack of hygiene and more
  • Use of the "Habilitation Approach" which focuses on emotionally connecting with clients and empowering them to do what they are still able to do
  • Continuous support for both formal and informal (family) caregivers via our experienced care case management team

From our experienced, dementia-trained caregivers to our care case management employees who are nationally Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP), Always Here can provide tailored, wraparound support which can "embrace" your challenges and help alleviate some of the stress and obstacles that come with a dementia diagnosis.
